PGP Glass has successfully begun operations at its plant in Kosamba, India.

In a greenfield project, glass melting technology group Horn Glass Industries equipped the production facility with glass manufacturing technology and machinery to produce cosmetic container glass products in flint.

The environmentally friendly furnace is designed for a pull of 120 t/d.

PGP Glass’ plant produces glass packaging for industries including pharmaceutical, cosmetics and perfumery.

The in-house developed Horn E-Fusion Power Boosting System as well as the Horn glass level measuring system HRD-BEAM were applied to provide sustainable and high-quality technology in glass production.

Under the construction supervision of Horn together with its subsidiary company Horn India and India’s Super Furnace Works, the new furnace was successfully commissioned on January 23, 2025.
