Horn Glass Industries will construct a 800 tonnes per day float glass plant in Najaf, Iraq.

The company has signed a contract with Al Rida Investment to begin work on the plant.

The plant will be equipped with modern technologies and will help to expand glass production capacities in the region.

Commissioning of the new glass plant is planned for 2028, with the delivery of the equipment scheduled for 2027.

The project will be financed in cooperation with German banks Commerzbank and AKA Bank.
