Horn has successfully installed a container glass furnace for SNJ India Glass at its facility in Tamil Nadu, India.
Horn said the 230 tpd end fired furnace was the first-ever container glass furnace to be established in the state.
The plant will produce glass containers in flint, green, and amber on three production lines.
The facility is equipped with modern manufacturing technology and equipment by Horn to produce high quality container glass products.
Horn continued that the greenfield glass project was completed successfully due to the excellent co-operation between project partners.
In addition, it congratulated SNJ on reaching this milestone, thanked the company for its partnership.
