Global paint manufacturer Mankiewicz is to present its Cyconjet inkjet system at the glasstec event.

Mankiewicz co-operated with engine builders Fermac and CER to offer a process solution for individualised industrial printing on glass with UV inks.

The trend towards individualisation of products in the industrial sector calls for new technologies and products which are adjusted both to the customer’s processes and to the print equipment.

No single components are required, but complete solutions. The specifically harmonised components of the Cyconjet UV inkjet systems were developed in a cooperation between the three partners and are perfectly tuned to the print equipment.

UV-curing primer, ink and topcoat are directly applied to the substrate, which results in time and cost savings for the customer owing to maximum flexibility.

To comply with the customers’ different requirements and production conditions Mankiewicz, Fermac and CER offer customised digital print concepts according to strict industrial specifications.

These concepts allow easy integration into existing industrial production processes. The users profit from Mankiewicz’s know-how in the development of customised high-performance paint systems for industrial series production.

This experience bears fruit in the automotive and aviation sectors as well: Conventional ink systems rarely withstand the enormous chemical and mechanical stress.

According to the companies, the Cyconjet system complies with all current OEM specifications and has high resistance values.

Mankiewicz, Fermac and CER are at glasstec in hall 12, booth A19.
