Chinese cosmetic packaging and flacon manufacturer Jiangxi Province Huifeng Glass Products has selected Sorg to build its new furnace.
Furnace number 2 will be a 60tpd modern gas-heated regenerative end-fired furnace and be 35m² in size. It will be built alongside the existing furnace number 1.
The working end and five forehearths as well as all necessary equipment will also be supplied by the German glass furnace maker.
The furnace needs to fulfil high quality criteria, but at the same time has to be highly energy efficient and low in emissions
As well as the manufacture of high-quality glass products, Jiangxi Huifeng also produces enhanced packaging for added value of the articles in-house.
This includes various kinds of painting and print processes as well as caps and packages.
