Libbey appoints Ginger Jones to Board of Directors

Ginger Jones, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plexus Corp has been appointed to Libbey Inc’s Board of Directors.

Ms Jones was elected a Director by the board upon the recommendation of its Nominating and Governance Committee. With the addition of Ms Jones, the Libbey Board of Directors now numbers 10 members, of which eight are Independent Directors.

Regarding this new appointment, Board Chairman William Foley commented: “It’s an exciting time to be a part of Libbey. We are seeing very positive results from our strategy implementation and continue to strengthen our position in the marketplace every day.”
