Portuguese distributor and agency, Metaglobal, celebrated its 10th anniversary recently with a series of technical events.
A total of 14 supporter supplier companies from around the globe attended, travelling from locations such as the USA, UK Italy and Mexico. A number of glass manufacturers also attended.
Each supplier company gave a presentation. Each paper focused on technical issues and looked at the relationship between the different sectors of the glass process.
Libbey, BA Vidro, Verallia Portugal and Santos Barosa were among the glass manufacturers which attended.

The presentations were well received and generated technical discussions between the suppliers and manufacturers.
Ricardo Moreira, Metaglobal Director, thanked all of those who attended the celebration.

The event took place at the Palace Hotel in Monte Real near the company’s offices in Leiria.
