The Modi group has joined with US-based company Guardian to set up a glass factory in the Malanpur Ghirongi industrial area, India.
Modi Group Chairman V K Modi and Guardian President Scott Thamson finalised the selection of 32 acres of land for the factory near a hillock at Ghirongi. ?
The glass manufactured in the factory is expected to be used in cars and big buildings and will provide direct or indirect employment to approximately 2000 people and work on it is likely to begin in the next six months.
