New Chairman of Supervisory Board for Saint-Gobain Oberland

Saint-Gobain Oberland has appointed Hartmut Fischer as its Chairman of Supervisory Board.

He has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with immediate effect by the Local Court Ulm for the period lasting until the next regular Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled on May, 14th 2014.

Hartmut Fischer succeeds Paul Neeteson in this function. Mr. Neeteson, the previous Chairman of Supervisory Board of Saint-Gobain Oberland AG, has resigned this position following his retirement.
