Piramal Glass leader honoured for contributions in HR and IR

S K Raijada, President of Corporate HR and Group IR for Piramal Glass, has been awarded with the Jewel of India by the Indian Solidarity Council.

This national body is comprised of social leaders, bureaucrats and entrepreneurs.

The award was given in recognition of his contribution to human resources and industrial relations.

He was also honoured with the prestigious 'Vijay Rattan Medal' by the International Institute of Education and Management, of New Delhi.

Raijada has been working as an HR & IR professional in Gujarat for over 33 years.

The award was presented by ex-Chief Election commissioner J V G Krishnamurthy, former Governor and Ex-Chief justice of Kerala O P Verma. and Ex Minister and Ex-Governor Bhishma Narayan Singh.

The award consists of a gold medal, a trophy and an appreciation certificate.

Raijada is an advisor to RBN Global University, Rajasthan and Parul University, Vadodara.
