Pneumofore is celebrating its 90th year of business in the field of rotary vane technology.

The company started in 1923 when Swiss engineers began to develop the first single stage rotary pneumatic machines, and today, engineers from the same family continue to research solutions to lower the TOC (Total Ownership Cost) of compressors and pumps.

Tens of thousands of machines are running worldwide in various applications, but the focus remains on glass moulding applications. Collaboration with the major IS machine manufacturers has resulted in the pneumatic systems on offer today, correctly dimensioned for the performance of the moulding machines.

Air cooling for tropical installations, as well as variable speed or PLC options complete the range of the Pneumofore equipment, specially and successfully designed for the worldwide hollow glass community.
