A Polish explorer visited the Forglass stand at the recent glasstec.
The record Polish polar explorer and Guinness Book holder Marek Kaminski is a familiar face at Forglass, a company that provides glass production solutions for glass manufacturers.
Marek’s relationship with Forglass is no ordinary friendship. Marek has transformed his passion for making dreams come true and for setting and reaching goals – no matter what the obstacles – into a developmental programme for children 12 to 16 years old.
The programme, based on Marek’s ‘Pole Method’, teaches life skills that help children achieve their goals. They become self-confident and develop new competences that allow them to make decisions, which shape their lives in a positive way.
This concept resonated well with Piotr Knast, the co-founder and CEO of Forglass.
Piotr decided to partner with Marek and provide sponsorship for a number of children, who wanted to join the programme.
Forglass is a sponsor of the program and encourages its clients and business partners to join in. Sponsoring one child is an investment of €2400 a year. Anyone can sponsor as many children as they wish and give them an equal start in life.
