Spanish perfume and cosmetics glass manufacturer, Ramon Clemente, has appointed a commercial agent for France.
It said it had appointed Stephane Marchand (Negopack company) to facilitate the commercial development in the country, which it said was the home of the perfumery and cosmetics packaging sector.
It added that Ramon Clemente is one of the remaining independent companies with a 100% family shareholding and 85 years history. It is based in Barcelona, Spain.
“We wish to rely on the expertise and market knowledge of Stéphane Marchand (Négopack) to make this flagship area the first client zone of Ramon Clemente,” it said.
“The Covid-19 crisis and the need to produce more ecologically has highlighted the fact that European players in the sector will have to adapt and secure their supplies in a medium time scale.
“Ramon Clemente is part of this industrial change and already offers the standards requested by the market (competitiveness, service, quality and professionalism) but also wants to be more reactive (short development time), more flexible (small and medium series production), and more sustainable (production in PCR Glass).”
