Ramsey Products has appointed a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
Jamie Ferguson’s duties at Ramsey will include responding to customer inquiries and assisting them in determining the best silent chain product for their needs.
In addition, Ferguson will be responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, and setting up shipments. Her duties include coordinating with the manufacturing plant to assure timely product availability.
Jamie comes to Ramsey from the construction industry where she assisted customers with equipment procurement and rental.
David Holcomb, Vice-President of Sales at Ramsey, said: “We felt that Jamie would fit in seamlessly with the team at Ramsey and be a huge asset.
“She has a proven record of working in a sales and support capacity and we have found her to be committed to providing the best customer service possible.”
