Beatson Clark has announced that it will supply a flexible and environmentally friendly solution for one of the UK’s oldest soft drinks makers, Purity Soft Drinks.
Established in 1892, Purity Soft Drinks and its Mason’s range of traditional carbonated drinks still come in glass bottles, which are delivered to the door. Beatson Clark has produced a returnable bottle for the range, which includes lemonade, dandelion and burdock and cream soda, amongst other traditional flavours.
The Purity name is embossed onto the standard bottle design and Mason’s carbonates come in refillable one-litre glass bottles that have ‘please return this bottle’ embossed under the logo.
According to the company, the returnable bottles can handle between 10 - 20 trips and a deposit is returned of approximately 25pence on each bottle.
