A conference will focus on the options available to glass manufacturers as the aims to decarbonise ahead of the Paris Agreement deadline.

The Renewable Glass Manufacturing conference will include presentations from Coca-Cola, Diageo, Wiegand-Glas, Encirc and Steklarna Hrastnik.

They will explore a variety of options available to glass manufacturers as they bid to reduce their fossil fuel emissions from the production process.

The two-day conference will be held digitally on November 9 and 10 and is organised by Glass International.

The 14 speakers confirmed so far also include glass technology suppliers such as Siemens, Sorg, Horn, FIC UK, Xpar Vision, CelSian, research facility Glass Futures, finance organisation the International Finance Corporation and carbon dioxide removal group C-Capture.
