Saverglass in Le Havre glass facility hybrid furnace plan

Saverglass's Le Havre glass manufacturing facility will host the glass packager's first hybrid furnace.

Saverglass has chosen its Le Havre site, France to locate its first hybrid oven.

The French luxury glass packager said its oven 3 furnace should be operational by 2027.

The company presented the plan as part of its project with French government agency for energy and the environment, Ademe.

The company is gradually increasing its share of renewable energy in its furnaces.
