Taiwan Glass budgets NT$5 billion for solar glass lines

Taiwan Glass Corporation has announced a budget of approximately NT$5 billion to set up new production lines for advanced glass used in solar energy in China, in a bid to boost market share.

Taiwan’s largest manufacturer of glass plans to construct lines in Changhua County, central Taiwan, as well as in the country’s Sichuan province, Hubei province and Anhui province.
