Glass melting and conditioning technologies company Sorg has renamed its business unit Techglass as Sorg Polska.
Sorg took over Techglass in 2024 to strengthen the group’s position in the European market.
With sites in Krakow and Warsaw, Sorg Polska is a glass plant manufacturer, particularly active in the construction of glass furnaces, forehearths, and related services.
Sorg Polska is run by Radoslaw Guzik, who took over as managing director in January, who said: “We are perfectly positioned to meet the current and future demands of our customers in the rapidly changing glass industry.
“ I’m so proud of our hard-working, dedicated team.”
