TECO appoints President

Doug Burgoon has been appointed as President of Toledo Engineering Co (TECO).

Glass engineering company TECO has appointed Doug Burgoon as President.

Mr Burgoon brings over 45 years of glass industry experience.

Todd Seifried has stepped down as President and will continue to serve as Senior Director.

He will maintain close engagement with TECO’s customers, suppliers, and contractors.

Robert Emmett, Vice President of Operations, will continue to lead TECO’s engineering, project management, and construction teams.

Meanwhile, Mark Decker, Vice President of Commercial Operations, will provide oversight on TECO’s commercial strategy, contracting, and enterprise risk alignment.

Scott Slater also remains Chairman of the company.

TECO said these leadership changes would reinforce its focus on execution, continuity, and long-term growth.
