Tiama hails Ermi collaboration

Since the collaboration with glass inspection group Tiama, Ermi has expanded its premises in its Portugal glass control facility.

Tiama has hailed the success of its collaboration with glass control group Ermi since the two companies forged a cooperation together in mid-2019.

The collaboration between the pair has allowed Ermi to improve its production tools.

Thanks to this, it created a new site in Nangis, France and extended its Portugal facility. New equipment was also added in both plants.

Ermi today works on the maintenance, renovation, and upgrade of carousel machines among the 2,400 of the Tiama machines fleet installed around the world or even on the carousel machines from other suppliers.

Ermi has more than 15 years’ experience, two retrofit sites in Nangis, France and near Porto, Portugal.

Since 2005 it has already upgraded or renovated more than 500 machines for plants located in 14 different countries.
