Turkish glass manufacturer Düzce Cam has opened the third solar glass production line at its at its plant in Düzce Province.
The 300 tpd line is equipped with advanced technology and is designed to produce high quality solar glass.
The line was opened at a ceremony held at the Düzce Province plant last month.
The ceremony was attended by Düzce Cam’s Board of Directors and employees who contributed to the construction of the production line, as well as other delegates.
Those in attendance included Kasim Aktaş, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Düzce Cam, and CTIEC CEO Ma Liyun; CTIEC is a glass plant builder based in China.
The line also recently completed its first glass drawing operation.
Erdem Kavak, Düzce Cam Project Manager, said: "This new production line developed by Düzce Cam is just one of the projects that respond to current technology and market needs.
"We fully believe that our future projects will continue with the same success and determination. This success is the first sound of the steps we are taking towards bigger goals."
