Vidrio Formas has successfully restarted its furnace number 2.
The furnace was damaged during at fire at the Mexican container glass manufacturer's site in February.
But exactly five months after the fire, the furnace is back up and running said its General Director Marcos Bernstein.
Machines 21 and 24 were the first to begin running at the company’s Lerma, Mexico facility, with machines 22 and 23 set to start next week.
