Chinese container manufacturer Yantai Changyu glass has invested in Tiama msc & sgcc’s automatic inspection machines MCAL4, MULTI4 and MX4.
The container manufacturer, which has a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per year and seven furnaces, now has 52 inspection machines.
The inspection equipment from Tiama msc & sgcc ensures the automation of job change as well as a constant quality level for all type of containers.
The Tiama msc & sgcc-developed technology is intelligent software and has learning product standards such as ATLAS (automatic check detection based on advance digital camera technology), which ensures the detection of critical defects, repeatability and a constant level of quality.
Yantai Changyu said its glass strategy was shaking the glass industry worldwide with its constant improvement in quality and process automation.
